How I Work

My work sits at the intersection of law, transformation, leadership and governance, and is delivered across five connected areas.

I advise organisations undertaking significant transformation and complex organisational change where strategy, people, risk, and governance intersect.

My role is to bring clarity to complex environments, helping leadership teams understand what is happening, make informed decisions, and move forward with confidence.

2. Legal & Risk Consulting

I advise where law, regulation, and commercial reality meet.

Alongside advisory work, I provide corporate and commercial legal services through Kingsley Wood, where I am a Partner.

3. Leadership & Governance

I support boards and senior leadership teams in moments where judgment, governance, and institutional credibility matter most.​​

Alongside advisory work, I undertake selected governance and fractional advisory roles, providing an experienced, independent perspective to organisations navigating complex change. This includes acting as a strategic adviser to senior executives, supporting governance development, and providing independent oversight for transformation initiatives.

I bring this same perspective to Non-Executive Director and board roles, with a focus on governance, risk, and effective decision-making in complex and regulated environments. My experience spans cross-border operations, transformation programmes, and legal and regulatory frameworks, enabling me to contribute to long-term value, robust oversight, and board-level accountability.
