CAREER NARRATIVE
I am a corporate and commercial lawyer with decades of experience across sectors, jurisdictions, and complex organisational environments.
Law shapes how I think about risk, governance, and accountability. But many of the hardest challenges leaders face are not purely legal – they are structural, political, cultural, or reputational. My work often lies in navigating that intersection.
JUDGMENT
What clients value most is judgment – the ability to slow complex situations down just enough to see clearly, surface what truly matters, and make decisions that endure.
Not every problem requires escalation. Not every risk requires noise. The work is knowing the difference.
IDENTITY - NKIRUKA
I was given the name Nkiruka, meaning “the future is bright.” It reflects how I approach my work: with long term thinking, steadiness under pressure, and a sense of responsibility to the organisations and people I serve.
